Does PCGS not designate color on Cameo copper coins?

Just got these results back:
1 1 30707435 533263 1951 1C Netherlands PR64CA
2 1 30707436 533264 1951 5C Netherlands PR64CA
These are both copper coins and generally they either get a RD or RB designation. For these coins they have been graded as such before (coin numbers 651927 & 651496 both RB) but these are the first Cameo's...
Not sure what to think of this...I like the Cameo designation, but don't know how I feel about not having the color designation.

Now that I think about it, maybe it has to do with the SecurePlus label? If so, I wouldn't agree to leave the color designation out as it can be a huge factor on value.
Here are the coins. There are no truly RD coins graded. At first I thought that cameo automatically means a coin is red, which would kind of makes sense, but it would be great if PCGS could clarify this. For some later dates in the series there are PRRD's in the population report and for the Proof 1959 cent (just one I could find, there might be more) PCGS has graded 2 PRRB's, 1 PRRD's (65RD), and 1 PRCA (64CA).
Here are the coins. As I mentioned there are no RD coins graded and I think/thought these have a good shot. Which is why I'm making a fuss about this:

Anybody ever seen a Proof BN/RB Cameo in a PCGS holder? For some reason I think PCGS doesn't designate Cameo's on anything that's not Red...which would mean these are automatically considered RD...

If they grade world copper like they do US copper, they only assign the cameo or deep cameo attributes to RED copper. RB and BN copper (for some odd reason) do not qualify.
NGC will assign cameo and ultra cameo designations to copper regardless of color (RD, BN, RB).
This is an oddity of PCGS...

Have you tried calling them to ask? They have always been receptive when I call or email. Although emails can take a while. It might be 2-3 weeks before you see a reply. But they will write back eventually.
