Question about 2004 Bowman Felix Hernandez

Anyone know if his Chrome Auto card was issued in regular Bowman packs or Bowman Chrome packs? I know nowadays that many Chrome auto rookies are issued in regular Bowman but I'm not sure if they started that process back in 2004. Thanks in advance!
