Why do some threads have a blue folder icon and some are yellow?

I think the blue ones contain threads that are new since your last visit. But, this is device-specific. So, if you read some threads on one computer, then you open the forum on another computer, some of those you already read on computer #1 will still appear blue on computer #2.

Also, if you see blue folders on the main CU page, where all forums are shown, and you refresh the screen, they all become yellow.
