    That is one very rare coin.

    Even by ICCS standards, I believe it would still grade as an ms63.

    If I had the money available I'd definitely go after it, but for now I can only dream about owning it.

    I'd say under the old ICCS standards, back when there was a seal on the inserts, this would be a 63.

    Under the new ICCS standards this would be MS64.

    If it is an ICCS 64, you could increase your asking price by 50% and most likely sell it right away.

    As much as the ICCS 'soft' flip is criticised, for a coin like this, it's my opinion it would sell faster in an ICCS holder.
