Picked up a beater...T206 Demmitt St. Louis variation

Sometimes I get something that has no relation at all to anything else in my collection, and that helps keep it fun for me. A guy wanted one of my extra autographed items and while I normally don't trade, I thought this was neat so I traded for it. It's truly a beater in every sense but I thought it was full of character lol

Great pickup! One of the few cards I've ever regretted selling.

Thanks, was this the exact one or did you have a different one?

No not that one. Mine had a little chunk missing too, but it was on the right side. Congrats on the great card.

So far, so good!! I wish I hadn't sold my ND/FSU tickets but the local hotels around that area were making the trip way too cost prohibitive. Am going that same weekend now instead to see A&M/Alabama with my daughter and will be listening to the Irish/Seminoles on the drive back.

  • Nice card. One of my favorite cards is a psa 1. Just the history and how old it is makes a great story.
