Crossover Question

Hi Gang,

I was curious how much luck you've all had crossing SGC 98 cards to PSA 10's. I'm eyeballing a few cheap football commons that, if they crossover to PSA 10's, would be very low pop and I could stand to make a few bucks on 'em.

Thanks for any feedback.

These are the two I'm looking at:

Politics will prevent any 10 to 10 crossing from SGC to PSA. Cracking is the way to go but risky for obvious reasons. The SGC 10s are worth more than the PSA 9s they will likely cross to, if value is a consideration.

I was wondering about the politics of the crossover... Do you think they've got a good shot at 10's if cracked? PSA 9's would be a losing venture.

It's a crapshoot; the Patrick looks as good or better than cards in PSA 10 holders we've all seen. The Morris looks centered a bit low for my taste but may very well be within 10 parameters if the ruler is broken out. As usual, when we are talking about 10s, we are talking about catching lucky lightning in a bottle, about the cards being in the right place before the right grader in the right mood at the right time. For what it's worth, I think those black holders are really spiffy; I've even been leaning lately toward crossing all my own cards into the black holders just for the beauty of presentation.
