Great Visit to BBCE Today!

Just returned from a visit to the Baseball Card Exchange in Shererville, Indiana.

As usual, Steve (and his crew) were very accommodating, and continues to have AMAZING items for sale. The store looks great (as this was my first trip since it was officially opened.) There are packs for any kind of collector, new or old.

Of course, I came away with a great assortment of 70's and 80's wax packs, cello packs and rack packs and a number of different boxes, too.

I have the same feeling walking into his store as I do when attending a Card Show- and even better, I KNOW I will find many items that I truly want to add to my collection.

The most impressive thing on the day was the personal time and attention Steve gave to me and my buddy, (as well as our 3 kids that were with us.) A class act in every way.

Even though this "trip" to BBCE took us over 3 1/2 hours one way, I will not hesitate to do it again, soon.

When in the area (or not even in the area), I highly recommend a trip to the Baseball Card Exchange....

Glad you guys had fun Tyler. I haven't been to the store yet but sounds like it was a ton of fun. Did you pick up any 80/81 bskt?

    Hey Guys-

If Steve had 80-81 packs, I would have bought him out image

I did pick up some 80 racks (both baseball and football), picked up some really nice raw OPC packs of 78,79 80 baseball. Also picked up some case fresh 1992 Bowman BB sealed wax boxes and a couple cases of the Rack Pack holders. I had the kidos in tow, so they picked up some different non-sport boxes and packs.
(I, too, picked up 2 non sport boxes from the 60's from Steve. I really have no clue what the heck they are, but anything with an original price tag of a nickel just looks cool, plus the boxes were sealed with the BBCE wrap.)

I also picked up my packs from the last Group Rip, so I am fired up about the 78 cellos, to mention a few.
