....over rounds he bought freely months prior, then decided to take that seller to court/sue them in a class action suit, as the rounds all of a sudden, after he purchased them without a gum to his head, 'allegedly' looked too similar to NCLT coins. It wasn't looking too good (where I am standing, it still appears to be a longshot at best, but does anyone know how that may have turned out? Just curious, as nothing has been mentioned.

From what I know it is now under review by the courts and they move slow. I have not talked to the Member for a while so that is the best I can do for you.
