Help with identifying a piece -

I found this will trying yet again to organize my collection. I have forgotten how I even came to have this item. It is most likely a replica, token, or replica of a token. It weighs 5 grams, is an inch in diameter and has a rather thin planchet.

As always, the help is greatly appreciated!

Don't you know that it's worth
every treasure on Earth
to be young at heart?
And as rich as you are,
it's much better by far,
to be young at heart!

<< <i>Is that where the exclamation "By George!" came from? >>
According to what I just Googled (which makes sense to me):
<< <i>"By George" is a linguistic corruption of "by Jove". "By Jove" entered into the English language in or around the 1500s as a way of invoking god without actually using the word "God", which was considered blasphemous >>
Jove, of course, was Jupiter to the Romans, Zeus to the Greeks.
