      Ken,

Sorry to hear about your 25-D. I usually have pretty good luck with Heritage.

I have a 26-S coming. Hope it is nice. It's a 65 that should have gotten 66 according to the dealer. It's from the Benson (sp) sale with monster toning. The prettiest Merc seen by this dealer.

I'm hoping it's nice. Wish me luck.

      Jon

P.S. Can you believe those guys bad mouthing Mercs???!!!!
    • I must agree with you ken...uuuggglllyyyy!
Hope you get all your money back....

I have had very poor luck with Heritage. I try to avoid them.

Looked alright to me. Kind of looks like the toning has subdued the luster, but maybe the scan mutes that effect.

      Jon:
You Bet I am Interested !! PM Me a Price and a Description. If it has a Little Tone that is No Problem.
The Dime here Actually Has the Luster but it is Subdued by the Pinkish Complete Tone which is about the Only Tone I Do Not Care For at all. Also the Obverse Strike is Really Weak. 25's are Generally Weak but Not Like this One.
            Don:
Way Back When, Mark made a Ruling that it was OK to enter after the Dime was Purchased.image This will teach Me not to do that Again without Seeing the Dime.image Well Maybe Not Again.image
In Reguard to Heritage this is the First One that I have not Liked from them. The Coins are Usually Nicer than the Pictures they Show. A couple of thier other policies I don't care for but Heck they can't please everyone.

Is Spooly Getting Jealous of Our Fondness for You.image Looks like it to Me. If He would Quit Running the Ladies Down We could make Him a Honorary Member Also.image I'm Sure the Other Folks would Go Along with That as long as the DarkSide Coins were Dumped Once and For All !!!
Forgot as Usual. Nice Addition Jon. That was Going to be My Next Target. It will Be on Hold untill the 25D is Replaced.image

Your Coins Arrived Yesterday and are in the Respective Sets Already. Took PCGS less than 45 Minutes to Insert them after I added them Yesterday. The Blue Tone on the 42S is Different but Attractive. Boy that is a Clean Coin also. No Problems with any of Them. Thanks Again.image

You Posted while I was Typing. Its a 63FB Coin. If I wasn't Chicken on a Coin of its Value I would Crack It and Give it a Bath.
