Is this a GB Crown? or is it a Medal? Or something else?

Recently I posted a very similar coin from South America.

yesterday I received this one. nearly too much, 2 similar items in a very short time.
Is this one a medal or is it a GB Crown? or what is it
Is there a premium for these coins? OR better, is there a market for them?
Are these enameled or how are they made?
any help is much appreciated.

Not a coin. Looks cast and then heavily "abraded". Very poor art. Good luck in trying to sell it. Yikes, I can't take looking at it!
