A friend of mine has been telling me for years that he had a bunch of old cards, but he could not find them. He called me today to tell me that he had finally run across them. He brought them by for me to check out. As expected most would be PSA 1-4. The stars for the most part in the 1-3 range. I'm going to help him get a few graded and then sell them.
He had:
•54s-Topps more than 100 different, including Aaron, Kaline, Robinson, Berra and 250 Williams
•54 Bowman-more than 125 different including Mantle (might be a 5) and Mays
•55 Topps-More than 100 different including Aaron, Koufax, and Robinson
•55 Bowman about 75 different including Mantle and Aaron
•56 Topps about 75 different including Koufax
•A few 57s and 58s, nothing notable
•About 300 59s including a decent Maris and Aaron-Mantle would be lucky to get a 1. Most were in the 5-6 range
•60s and 61s-Several stars in about 400 different cards-no Mantles. Yaz rookie is a 2-4.

+1. I'd likely be interested in some of the 60s if you're looking to part with them, any crease-free VGEXish would work fine raw.
