PSA Online Submission Form Question???

Just used PSA new submission form and like that you are able to get all the info. in each line and space.

First page ends at card #15 is there a page 2,3,4 of this form I like to do my whole sub. this way and be able
to get all the info. in each space and not have to handwrite any info does the new form do this?

Yes that is what I used and it is great up to card #15 is there a second page when using the new online sub.
For me I can fill out items #1-15 then there is no second page to keep going it seems stupid if it new and it
only works on the first page am I missing something?
