how to upload pics on here

everytime i try to upload pics on here the file is too big...please help!

    Probably better to ask on the regular Sports Cards & Memorabilia forum. There have been threads there before about this topic, try searching some old ones.

    Are you first putting your pics on a 3rd-party hosting site, like Photobucket?

    Resize it. I use Microsoft Office Picture Manager and take them down to about 25%. That program comes with Microsoft Office, but I'm sure there's other programs that are on your computer already that can do the same thing.

    I believe it is only on the 15th of the month, unless PSA has changed their policy. I wanted to upload my old icon (which I lost last month) and forgot to do it last week.
