Should I be concerned this advertised unopened pack has been opened?

I just received my first shipment of cards for my collection.
There is a red flag with one of the items.
The 1 item of concern is a 1985 Donruss rack pack.
In one of the sections the puzzle piece at the bottom is missing. In that same section the bottom card showing is upside down. I know that because on the back of the card lengthwise the player name is facing away from the package label. The bottom card in the other sections is facing the other way.
I found a video on Youtube that showed someone opening a 1985 Donruss rack pack and one of the front cards is upside down. However, I have never seen this on a pack on ebay.
A little bit of irony is that one of the players on the front of my pack is Eric Davis.
Is anyone familiar with these rack packs? Is it normal for some cards in these packs to be upside down?
