  • Sorry but 3 out of 4 look trimmed to me. ESPECIALLY the top of that 56 Mantle. No Bueno.

the 52 I think is def trimmed. but the other 3 seem fine, purchase from a 60 year old guy in sc and these things were in yellow'd old school screwdowns and that he had them for decades. I asked him why didn't he ever send these off to be graded and he didn't even understand what I meant. not only that, cards wasn't the only thing on his table. had blankets, vhs tapes and old school wireless home phone, stuff like that.

Is it already graded? From the scan it looks like it is sitting on the inside edge of a graded holder.

This card appears to reside inside of a holder graded "authentic."

The top is badly trimmed - no where near cut at a right (square) angle IMO.

  • I have difficulty with identifying trimmed cards from a scan but that top border seems to go down from left to right. Too bad because the rest of the card looks good.

it's actually a psa 8. cert #22985481, hoping for a few "nice, possible 8.5s" however....seems like any posting of a plausible card get the's automatic "trimmed" response.

    Wow!

You can see why I don't grade cards for PSA.

I have to say that the card laying crooked in the holder may be providing for an optical illusion?

no prof grader here either and the scanner def didn't do it justice, but no biggie....have a couple of 8's (and a couple 9's) but this is my best 8. dropped in the fedex box today for review hoping for and 8.5....

everytime I think I can grade, i'm proved otherwise on both sides

this 8 looks better than the 9 in my 3 set (current #1 and #2)...
