Oddball set help needed - 1992 Smokey Dodgers

There has been a card on my wantlist for a long, long time. I have never seen it, but I'm pretty sure it exists. In the 80s and early 90s there were regionally-issued (I'm guessing) sets featuring Smokey the Bear and the Dodgers. There are examples on eBay for 1987, 1988 and 1989. I'm looking for proof that a 1992 set was issued. I see checklists on a few sites, so I'm hoping they actually made them. If they were made, there had to have been very few sets that actually hit the market.

Anyone that lived down in the LA area back in the day ever seen these?

I have a lot of Dodger sets and single cards including just about all the 80s/90s oddball sets (Mothers, Keebler, Police, etc) and have never heard of the set. I see it is check listed on the net, but no photos. I suspect that maybe it was a mistake perhaps, possibly the police set was erroneously called Smokeys at some point and it stuck. Either that or it is exceedingly rare.

I know there were the 84 sets and the late 80s oversized sets.
I collect Steve Garvey, Dodgers and signed cards. Collector since 1978.
