This is one of the matte specimens, although PCGS just has it listed as MS. Is this the normal PCGS slab for matte coins? I've not seen it before.

Beautiful coin and really neat slab. I think you should post that on the US Coin forum!

Looks like an oversize holder. I don't think I've seen a frosted insert like that.

According to the US guys it's used for ATB pucks and Assay Commission medals. Basically oversized stuff.
