ebay : Offering a lower price, 4 Sharp Corners

Is is considered acceptable to e-mail a seller and offer a lower price than what is listed if there is not the option to make an offer?

Is 4 Sharp Corners a reputable ebay seller? It looks like they sell a lot on ebay and have a lot of merchandise. Should I feel more comfortable buying a PSA graded card from them instead of another ebay seller?

  • You may get mixed feedback regarding 4SC on this board but put me in the camp that appreciates them as a seller. To your question regarding lower pricing, they offer specials weekly on their own website www.4sharpcorners.com. This week it is 7% off everything. This is one of the worst promotional weeks in a while. Some weeks you can get between 12-15% off. This is for the same inventory you see on Ebay but they can do this by not having to pay Ebay their final value fee. For set building of low-end items where it is tough to find lots, I would say that their pricing is tough to beat.

go to their website, usually all of their ebay listing are on the site, and the site is generally priced 10-15% lower for obvious reasons

i use them pretty frequently, have never had a problem

There are plenty of 4SC threads if you do a search. They have their pros and cons, but overall I have been satisfied with them. Just make sure that you by the card and not the holder.

The timing was good for me to ask this question.

    From their website.

but to answer your question, yes if you are considering buying a decent bit, they will be happy to work with you...you will have to present them with an offer. they will forward it to the owners and get back with you.

just please know that many consider a 4sc psa 10, not to be a true 10....sometimes I agree, other times I don't. just look at the scans front and back and determine if you are content with it.
