Quick Question re: new PSA automated sub form

Hey Guys - quick question - I am not seeing Monthly special as an option when choosing desired service level. Just seeing Regular, Express, etc. How do you note that you want the Monthly special service level? Thanks!

  • On mine, for Service Level (step #3), it includes the following choices:

    Collectors Club Special #1 $100 Est. 50 Business Days $5.75

    Collectors Club Special #2 $100 Est. 50 Business Days $6.25

    PSA Set Registry Card Special $250 Est. 20 Business Days $10.00


    Make sure you choose "Grading" and click "No Autograph Authentication".

    Strange, those options aren't showing up on mine. At first, I thought it was because my membership had expired (though I received no notice). So I renewed my membership last week and I still am not seeing the Monthly special option.

    I chose Regular then No Autograph Authentication. Then it brings me to the service level and lists Regular, Express, Walkthrough, etc. but no Special option.

    Emailed PSA but haven't heard back. MAybe it takes some time for the membership to kick in?

    I think I did it on Thursday or Friday.

    Really bizarre. Still not seeing Monthly Special as a Service option on the online form. Just received my voucher and Cracker Jack Book so I know the renewal went through.

    Have sent three emails to PSA this week and have not received a response.

    I guess I'd call but don't feel like begging someone to take my money.
