Police issues, will PSA grade?

Just a random question. Will PSA grade police issued team cards (like 86 Vikings/90 Seahawks)? Thinking of subbing some Chris Doleman and Cortez Kennedy cards and then requesting registries.

I counted 12 police football issues on the registry, so I imagine they would add more if requested.

Yes they do. I have a few dozen packer cards from 1983 through 1987
