Since eBay is being so sweet to me on this crappy Monday, I think I'll go track down a golf card.

    I won a card last night that was over the limit and it let me apply the 10% coupon when paying this morning. Unexpected bonus!

    mine allows for up to $500 in rebates, max 100 per transaction..

    thanks for pointing me to the fine print. Mine says limited to $100 per transaction and capped at $500. Also says needs to be paid for by midnight tonight. Glad I caught that part.

    I'm so stumped why I do not receive these promotions. I've adjusted my settings a long time ago to make sure I get the emails. Yet I always get crap offers.

    i buy a lot, sell nothing and don't have a store and I never get anything beyond the normal ebay bucks program I signed up for.
    I collect Steve Garvey, Dodgers and signed cards. Collector since 1978.

    Same here. I was wondering if the no selling was a factor. No offers for 4x eBay Bucks, but I am constantly harangued with pleas to sell.

    Speaking of 55 Topps, I picked up this yesterday as well.

    My 1955 Set only has BVG graded, so it can be a pain finding some of the keys in BVG. I'm not quite sure why it ended up BVG, but it did.

    Thanks - I'm usually a stickler for centering, but not so much on horizontal cards, and definitely where yellow bleeds into the white border. So I can tolerate the severe off center.

    I hear PSA takes somewhat of the same stance, especially with the 55 Koufax.

    I'm in the same boat. Settings are supposedly where the need to be for me to receive buying/Bucks promos, but I never get them. I do get plenty of messages asking me to sell. Also, I do not own an eBay store and only sell infrequently. I probably buy more often than I sell.

    Edited to ask a question: I clicked on the "activate" link to get the 10%. However, when I go to look at an item that is selling for $200.00+, the ebay Bucks that you will earn still shows 2%. Should it show the 10%? Also, does it apply to BINs and auctions that go over $200.00? THANKS GUYS.

    The offer wasn't active until 8am Pacific, so I was having the same issue early this morning. All mine are showing the 10% eBay Bucks now. It should apply to both BIN & auctions, nothing is specified in the terms other than 'single item'.

    If it's still not showing 10%, make sure you are logged into ebay. Sometimes when you leave ebay open for long periods of time, you can get logged out, and it goes back down to 2%.

    Just earned $65.00 on this Clemente RC. Been looking at this card since I started the set at the end of July. I wavered on centering in favor of registration, which is impeccable on this one apart from the 2 small light wrinkles on the bottom. To find one with both will cost me 3X as much minimum. I'll be happy if this can cross to a PSA 3 at a net price of $594 shipped.
