if you find a buyer for this at that cost, I have tons of it to sell at that price. I believe you are asking the price for .999 refined silver? who will pay for getting it to that stage?
Might just toss it up on eBay by the roll. $10 face quarters are bringing $113-140, anything bigger than that isnt selling well. Figured asking 11.XX per face might sell here.
