I have a newer pcgs holder but a odd reverse....

the label is white and reads under "PCGS" the standard for the rare coin industry. With a gold sticker that also says PCGS attached to the outside of the slab. What gives?

It changes color with different directions of light striking it. It's the new security hologram, got one in todays mail also.
