I've always stood up for the job you do, and for some sense of decency on this board, but this crap about limiting the info we give on bad traders is disgusting, and in your heart you know that.

If we can no longer post about scumbags like brees 9 and Rusnak (BAD TRADERS, TOTAL DIRTBAGS) then screw it, let's all go to TR and CE.

In the meantime, until I get thrown off, I will continue to post about bad traders, and if I get thrown off, what the hell I'll be back in 5 minutes as 62ektfwu image

    Just to make you aware,CU has legal issues with names addys phone #s being posted on a public forum like this.All Carol is saying,is to make other traders aware of it in other ways.
    Us traders on here have always been able too protect our other great traders from ripoffs without having to put CU in a possible legal spot.
    Carol is now also looking into some way the CU staff might be able to assist in alerting other members of ripoffs without putting themselves in a legal bind.
    This is what I got from previous talks with Carol;maybe she can clarify it more for you herself tho.

    blah blah...yeah ok. whatever...i dont think you and CJ would be too happy if you got ripped off by some sleazebag, who someone would have posted on, but couldnt or it got edited...i really dont.

    im not attacking anyone, but there are loser scumbags out there, and we need to know who is ripping honest traders off, one way or another.

    Actually,long time members of this forum won't let scammers run wild.Carol & CU have helped in the past but as long as we have been in this forum it has been the good members who have always watched thier other good traders backs for them.
    There are alot of ways to accomplish this without getting anyone in trouble,including yourselves.
    We,the good traders on this forum have done a pretty good job,if you ask us.Sure,there are always a few that fall thru the cracks but all in all we have always taken care of each other.
    If we stay vigilant,we can all help each other out to keep this forum the best of the best.

    When we help each other out,we don't have to worry about any post being edited.That's our point;there are more ways of protecting each other than just posts in the forum.
    Believe us,we have actually run people out of here with nothing more then PMs to each other for a day or 2.When all of a sudden,noone is responding to a rippers so called trade offers they usually get the message & head underground with the other rats knowing they have been found out.
    This is only 1 example of many that have been used in the past & can still be used now along with other methods.Still posting thier screen name is good as an alert.most of us are smart enough to smell a ripper anyway.Just remember that old saying:

    what about a seperate forum or place so people can view a bad trader list? that way 1.carol and cu wont be in hot water if this is done on a non forum place and 2. it would be an easy refrence so people can check it out. everyone has had bad experiences with traders, and alot of good traders that i have made good trades with have had been involved in bad trades before and ect.. everyone has their own opinions

    ex (not to rehash anything ski) - when ski was being bashed like nobodies business- he had some bad experiences (not sure on what happend) but i and alot of other people have had good trades with them. i agree that their are bad traders and thieves out there (i.e rusnak and brees) however, all bad traders also have solid refrences (most of the time- ive seen brees9 on alot of refrences in sig lines around here- co11ector,gettinout,and some others). everyone has bad traders that have screwed them before (JAMIE!! lol) so we should find a better way to let everyone know about them.

    just my opinion- sorry for ranting

    I pm'ed Carol to suggest she check with Chuck Hendricks of www.cardtradingfools.com.His site has a page with bad traders listed with names and addresses (yes,Sean Nicotera is listed) I believe he is a lawyer and can possibly assist the moderators and advise them on legal issues...I'm a member in good standing for some time now and would be glad to ask if Carol would like

    as far as prosecuting legally against anyone who ripped u off its hard. u need so much proof ect.. it isnt really worth the hassle unless there was money involed ect.. most of the time when u confront a thief they will fold and send either ur cards or some replacements no questions asked. however, as far as names being used that is another issue in its own. if someones name and address were being flaunted publicly that may be illegal depending on the context and age of the person (ex. if someone was under 18 ect..)

    I'm sure if we got the IP #'s of Rusnak, Sean, etc. she coudl block them from joing, there's my 2 cents.

    shane- #1- ip addys can be banned, and some trading sites do ban them. #2- i was looking at ur page last nite and i was intersted in the santana moss finest jersey rc. was checking ur refs and i saw sean as a refrence. that is just proving my point that not everyone has bad experiences with the same people- everyone can be called a rip or thief one time or another- just depends on who u talk to


    -note- i am not saying that rusnak,brees,or anyone is a good trader. i have personally never dealt with either one of them so i dont know from experience. if u check previous posts on both traders u will find nothing but negatives on rusnak, however a mix bag on brees. and this alabama guy is a def. scammer from what i have heard as well

    no one is saying she has an easy job- i wouldnt want to be in her place. however something does need to be done about the ripoffs and the bad traders out there.
