Coming from Detroit. U of Michigan's the Victors was a solid ten out of ten.

Michigan State was a catchy and solid seven.

University of Arizona has a weak, but passable "Bear Down, Arizona. I give it a 4, 5 if Rich Rod leaves.

Not a "Fight song" but I absolutely love when FSU fans do their war chant

EDIT: I hope that doesnt offend anyone image

I still get chills when I hear the USC fight song (I'm from San Diego and grew up in the 1970s watching Marcus Allen, Charles White, Anthony Davis, etc........)

On a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best, I'd use Notre Dame's Victory March as the gold standard at 10.

Next up would be Michigan's Victors at an 8.5.

Texas A&M's War Hymn would garner an 8.

    Oklahoma's Boomer Sooner about a 7.7

No one else gets above a 4 IMHO.

FSU's chanting is very neat to me as well. I shouldn't have sold my ND/FSU tickets this year, as I would have loved that atmosphere, but decided to take my wife to NY instead.

  • The warchant is a sight to behold and seeing it in person takes it to a whole other level. The Florida State fight song is pretty good, though it isn't up there with some like ND and Michigan.
