A grading value question

If you are fortunate enough to submit a card and get a gem mint 10 that has a pop. report of 2,before your card is included in the pop. report, and each card is valued at $5,000.00, is the card returned to you as at an insured value of $5,000.00, or less, due to an increase of the population? How are these prices determined? Mr. Grote your opinion on this especially, please.

would imagine at what price you marked on the sub form...I know you can call in and change once you see your grades have hit. usually a one day lag time. usually. I use my fedex account and they always seem to get out that same day.
