What do you think about the PSA 9 1975 Brett RC that PWCC has on eBay? Does that hurt the 9?

yeah sorry about that here is a card that i stubbled upon (yeah I know its a PWCC and GAI, two strikes already) but even if it wasnt graded by gai how low would that grade drop-
