I want to destroy my Ray Rice cards, but for a good cause.

I have a few raw Ray Rice cards and one PSA 10 Topps Chrome Rookie. I want to destroy then but at the same time have raise some $$$ for a Domestic Violence center in the Baltimore area.

I found this site http://www.charitynavigator.org/index.cfm?bay=search.summary&orgid=10075#.VA8TlBYgv8k which shows the House of Ruth Maryland uses their money the best when donated.

I am not accepting any money - I want you to go straight to their site and donate.

Donations can be made at http://www.hruth.org/

I will tell you the process of destroying the cards will include fireworks, pressure washers, lawn mower, pellet gun, camp fire and anything else you can come up with that won't get me arrested. So come up with some idea and we will get this moving.

I will post my videos on Sunday night Sept 14th.

That is a noble idea. I like the camp fire suggestion, but keep the bourbon in a safe place first image.

My wife has a Rice jersey. She can apparently take it to the M&T Bank stadium store to exchange it for another. Also, there is a pizza joint in the city that is giving away a free pizza in exchange for a Rice jersey.

I'm glad I am not the only one that thought this. We were watching the Monday Night countdown, and laughing at the absurdity of "Ray the Murderer" commenting on the "Ray the Wife Beater" and his current situation.

Dont forget Ray Carruth.......wonder if its all in the name RAY!!
IT IS ALWAYS CHEAPER TO NOT SELL ON EBAY
  • I forgot about Carruth. Unfortunately it's not just Ray. OJ beat his wife several times and eventually killed her and friend. Donte Stallworth and Josh Brent killed someone drunk driving and may be eligible to play again. Mike Vick killed hundreds of dogs and is playing again. All this media saying he should never play again has to look at my above statement. He should be suspended for a year and anger management classes. He definately should be penalized but lifetime ban while others kill and able to play again just doesn't seem right.

I really wish someone had disproved Danny's theory before I called the police and told them they would definitely find some illegal activity in Ray Guy's home.

I should probably let the HOF know they have not, in fact, "allowed a wife beating, non-dolphin safe tuna eating, serial furniture tag ripping, NetFlix disc scratching, Rebecca Black fan club presidenting bastid" sully their institution as my (numerous) previous e-mails had suggested. image

I really wish you amateurs would learn how to circumvent the system. Come talk to me the next time you get lit up more than twice the legal limit, kill someone, not spend a single day in the slammer, hop back on the field in week 9 the following season, get blasted again six years later, admit to it, flunk three roadside sobriety tests, and completely dodge the crowbar hotel for a second time. Until then, not remotely impressed.

    Best regards!

Dont forget Ray Carruth.......wonder if its all in the name RAY!! Well there was this guy, who this team up in Boston that people really like, who's actually probably going to be convicted of murder. Even if ray lewis did kill anybody he was at least not stupid enough to get life for it. He obviously took "How to get away with murder!" In fact he will probably make an appearance on an episode of that show and explain to Aaron Hernandez what went wrong with his execution style slaying!

    It's "Rae" not "Ray" Carruth.

Getting back to the original intent of this thread...

I donated to a group called Grassroots. They are a crisis intervention and homeless center that helps women and their children who have been victims of domestic abuse. They are not far from me at all, so I wanted to help out a local charity. Here is a link for anyone interested:
