    Pretty much all in line except for the Ricky Romero and Lars Anderson. If I had a do over on those two cards I would not have sent them but all the others I am very happy to have them slabbed with the grade they got. I thought Hogan PSA 3 could have been higher but just happy to have the first one slabbed.

    1979 Nicklaus seems to be a cool card to me. That is really strange that the Ric Flair was not graded. Sorry to hear that as I am really curious to see how yours does.

    Begsu were they already shipped back?

    If not call and put them on a ship hold and ask to see why they weren't graded.

    My two Cosmos should be popping Friday and now you have me nervous. I plan to call tomorrow and request a ship hold just in case.

    kinda weird they wouldn't grade any of "the mann" cards either considering they just put out a spread in the smr about music cards! some of them are pretty damn cool and modeled after cards from our gen:

    and really like the 87 donruss phish card

    I had no luck on getting the Pearl Jam cards graded when I sent them in. Still holding the best one's I got in case one day they change their mind.

    Maybe they have changed their policy. I just checked the Non Sport category and I don't see any graded.

    I had sent mine in shortly after they were released so it is possible they had not been able to track down information on them.

    I am not aware of any recent special that required 100 cards.

    What price point and time frame were they submitted under?

    And yes it is a positive that there is no charge.

    this was an old 100 bulk sub that had been sitting in a while @ $7, where as the 50 minimum was $8....

    I called customer service today and was helped buy the same guy that I worked with when I recently renewed my Collectors Club membership. He was very helpful.

    He took the time to look up the pop report and verify they had a spec and notated the account and put the ship hold that I had requested on my order just in case.

    PSA has excellent customer service and that is huge to me.

    I should be getting the grades on the Cosmos very soon and will post the results.

    mine arrived today via fedex in nice little card saver I's. cant complain otherwise though! well other than the mann cards not being graded.

    they do have good customer service. I wouldn't so much call it great unless I was comparing it to bvgs! then they have outstanding customer service.

    and please don't let the fact that I used the word "good", take anything away from them. great customer service would be getting my current pack sub back within the 55 day time frame...

    we'll see....

    This was one of the few times that I submit vintage cards, so if some of my cards seemed like questionable submissions, that was it as I was trying to get to 50 cards. Obviously my eye for these higher grade cards also isn't the best.

    The 1969 Topps 500 Mantle was an SGC 6 crackout. Surprisingly, the 1969 Topps Rollie Fingers RC that received the dreaded altered stock was also an SGC 6 crackout from the same 1969 set as the Mantle, which I purchased from PWCC earlier in the year. The 1957 Eddie Mathews was an SGC 7 crackout that went down to PSA 6. Live and learn.

    Thanks for the scan! That one is quite goofy looking, but I'll be keeping an eye out for one regardless.

    fyi: there are 2 different sizes a "large" and "small". be sure to get back scans of the card as they were usually stuck to an album, like all latin cards seem to have been....
