    Try contacting either bossman88 or Tmot99 by PM. They each have businesses of making custom medal holders. Neither of them are very active here, so it may take some time for a reply to a PM. image

    Unfortunately the airtite capsules, even for large diameters are usually inadequate because they will not accomodate the thickness of large 19th century Mint medals. I believe that the 1860 Mint Cabinet (Julian MT-23) medal is about 7 mm thick.
