Silver denarius mark antony? Help?

I bought this today as a gamble. Apparently they're silver denarius mark antony. What would a value be on these? And what exactly are they?

It's a so-called "Legionary Denarius" issued for payment of his troops. Value? Can't tell, but looks authentic - I would have to guess <50 USD.

I was told these were $300+, as all the ebay examples showed. So they don't have that value?

That guy is a crook, and as 7Jaguars already mentioned, about $50 or less. Theyre common as dirt.

If they really are $50/eac, I lost some bucks for sure.. I'm hoping these are more.

Madla, like anything else it's all about condition. The nicer ones do go for hundreds. But yours isn't there.
The good news is yours appears authentic.

I've glanced at that guy's auctions a few times. I tracked a few and noticed he has a habit of having outrageous prices and after awhile he will drop by 70-80% or so. Looks like he fishes and then drops the prices, though I have no idea if the new price is reasonable. (I was just curious about a style of coin and followed a few auctions to remind myself to look it up someday).

An auction I was watching...73% price reduction
