I give all collectors of unopened product a lot of credit. My curiosity about what is in the pack would prevail and would rip it within days of receiving it in the mail.

Good luck with your 80's wax and cellos.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

    Robert,

Good start by going with Steve at the BBCE. So many fakes out there...I have been burned big in the past so always stick with a known unopened dealer or collector. If it's too good to be true, it is. Good luck with your packs. I keep my unopened football boxes sealed and displayed...I rip any and all baseball as that is my primary collection.

The '82 pack almost certainly has a PSA 10 Ripken. It's up to you if you want or not.

He already has it. It's nestled safely inside the pack he owns.

Even in jest I'm not sending someone into a Ricky PSA 8+ or bust situation. 1980 is a bit more rare too. There is a line where I disapprove of ripping. Maybe 1980 is that line.
