"From A Sealed Case" PSA Designation

What do you think the odds are that PSA would add a From A Sealed Case designation to a pack holder? I know they do not do this and may never will. However, ponder the scenario:
A shrink wrapped box by BBCE with the FASC on the back by Steve is submitted in tact to PSA for grading. PSA removes the shrink wrap and grades the packs with the designation.
I understand currently there may be a sensitive issue with Steve being an authenticator for PSA and also does wrapping himself. So perhaps this scenario wouldn't jive well with PSA. However, the person who designated FASC in the first place is also an authenticator for PSA and the custody of the box would be with PSA the whole time....so I think logistically and theoretically it could happen.

Liquidating my collection for the 3rd and final time. Time for others to enjoy what I have enjoyed over the last several decades. Money could be put to better use.

I believe GAI promised to do this if you opened said pack in front of them
Current obsession, all things Topps 1969 - 1972
