PSA submission question


I am wanting to send in a couple of cards that fall under "mechanical errors" per the PSA customer service rep (one the certification number doesn't match the actual card and other has the wrong date on the flip). I am currently not a Collector's Club member (although I was several years ago and submitted from time to time).

My question is not being a current member, will there still be a way for me to follow my submission's progress? From my long-term memory, I remembered logging in as a member to follow my submissions in the past.
