1961/1962 Topps Baseball Stamps

At a recent sports card show, I came across several of these 1961/1962 Topps baseball stamps. These stamps are still in their original 2 player panels. Some have common players, while others have stars (Marichal, Bobby Richardson, etc.)

I was wondering if any of the board members could shed a little light on these cards, and specifically how to determine condition of these stamps. I've done some quick ebay research and some of these stamps seem to command a pretty healthy price in high grade. Just trying to determine whether or not to send some off to PSA for grading or not. Thanks in advance!

I wanted to have an example of each of the
two colors of 1961 stamp panels to go with
my 1961 set.

There are a lot of single stamps out there,
but I wanted panels because that's the
way they came in the packs.

I don't know exactly how PSA grades them,
but I do know that they are often off center,
with the perfs intruding into the design, so
I'm sure that plays a big part in the grading.

Also, all the normal things like creases,
stains, etc.

For some reason, the green panel was
harder for me to find than the brown.
