Is this McGwire legit?

Picked this up today at the local flea market. It was screwed down tight in an acrylic case w/no penny sleeve. When I opened the case, the card was stuck to the case, hence the paint damage at the bottom left. The print quality doesn't seem great (border/paint matchup isn't very precise) which made me think it wasn't good, but all the black ink is solid, so now I'm not sure. The colors look pretty good. For $2 it was worth the gamble.

The fact that it was stuck to an old screwdown holder leads me to believe that it is probably a legitimate piece of a collection that someone sold when they realized that baseball cards purchased in the 1980s are not worth as much as they hoped they would be worth after thirty years. It appears to be fine to me as well.
