Calif gold Token question

in the red book i can not find any info to this coin. all large and small Indain head show a value & cal in the wreath on rev. this coin does not show that . is this a fake gold coin or a token with no gold at all in it???

I can only see the reverse slab photo... Still I believe this is a novelty fractional which might be struck out of 10K gold.
