these are all interesting for sure, although some of them look like they could details grade for either questionable color or old cleaning..
but I will asume they are all in prob free holders and play along accordingly image

3/6 meaning they guessed 3 right out of the 6..
They don't have to be guessing the SAME coins right, they just both got 3 right and 3 wrong

Nah.. I admit that most of these were a little tricky..

See, here and on the forums ATS, for the

    1808, guesses ranged from VF25 to XF45

    1824, from VF35 to AU53

    1833, VF30 to AU58!

    And on the 1835, F15 to XF45!!

funny you should say that - you did better guessing the NGC-graded coins than you did with the PCGS ones! image

These were a bit tricky...which makes for a great GTG thread.
The combo of late die states and secondary toning is a situation where net grades thrive !

The large pics are really cool for seeing all the detail on these coins, but I'll bet the eye appeal on these in hand and normal sized would help their cause
    in the grading room image

I was way off on the 1835. I think I got confused as to strike vs wear and the luster I could see around the devices made me lean towards XF. Anyway that was fun and made me think a bit too which is never a bad thing (unless you ask my wife!)
