question re grading of "rough cuts" on regular topps cards

I know PSA essentially disregards the factory rough cuts when they grade OPC cards because I am pretty sure I have seen PSA 9s on OPC cards with rough cuts.
Does anyone know how regular topps cards fare when the only notable flaw is a rought factory cut on one ede of a card? Can a card stil get a 9 nq. I assume 10 is not possible?
Would love to see some high grade examples of regular isssue topps cards that have been graded by PSA as a point of reference as I have a few I am considering sending in.

Thanks.

With OPC, you can even get PSA 10's with rough cuts. Here are 2 that I submitted. The Bell has a subtle rough cut on the right edge. The Beattie has a really nice rough cut on the right edge.

I've gotten PSA 9s and even a pop 1 PSA 10 on a 1972 Topps baseball card with a rough cut.

Collecting 1970s Topps baseball wax, rack and cello packs, as well as PCGS graded Half Cents, Large Cents, Two Cent pieces and Three Cent Silver pieces.
