Do the PSA graders see what grade was assigned by the other grading company? Or are cases removed by another area before the PSA grader receives and evaluates?

I think they see them. Obviously if the submitter inputs a min. grade, the grader would have to see it because they won't crack the case unless it meets that minimum grade.

There's a lot of debate whether the existing grades can sway the graders opinion so some people swear by the "crack and submit" method.
