Multi Coin PCGS and NGC Holders: Has anyone sent in coins for a multi coin holder - or is it imposs

Searching through old threads, I see a PCGS 5 coin multi-holder. Does PCGS or ATS offer a way to send in 5 certified coins, like a 1936 proof set, and get all 5 coins "re-holdered" in a multi-holder?
Here is am image of a modern coin version. I would guess that the gaskets would be available for cent thru half dollar. I would like to see individual cert numbers on each coin - in this case - the cert numbers from the single coin slabs.

ATS used to offer these on an individual basis with individual numbers per coin on the cert.
I'm not sure if either PCGS or ATS still offer these.
What size holder will my coin need to be encapsulated in?
PCGS currently offers three different holders: standard, oversized, and jumbo-sized. To determine the appropriate holder for your submission, please contact PCGS Customer Service at info@pcgs.com. Although offering three options has expanded the coins PCGS can holder, there may be a select few we are currently unable to accommodate.

I'm not sure that's complete as PCGS does offer the dual holder. That quote seems to be for various sized single holders.
<< <i>I could not find reference to multi coin holder in the Faq's or by search. Doesn't meant they don't just means I couldn't find them. Maybe you could look and relate what you find? >>
I found my old post via search. It seems like PCGS may have discontinued them in 2012.
Great Cardinal Collection multi-holder photo in that thread. ThumbsUp;
Includes a video of Don talking about 5 oz and kilo size jumbo holders as well as 4 and 5 coin holders like you show. But he refers a lot to Hong Kong so maybe they only have them there.
Still looking.

Not to hijack this thread, but I was thinking the other day I could repurpose those empty 25th Anniversary SAE OGP for the 7-50th Kennedy coins. All you'd need is a digital printer to make a new 7-hole panel to replace the 5-hole ASE one and cover the silver lettering on top of the box with a new label...
Anyone have a digital printer?
