Experience with PSA Second Review (PSA ST Qualifier)

Hi again, I pulled out my 1963 Topps Pete Rose Rookie which is graded PSA 6 with a "ST" Qualifier....which essentially knocks it down to a PSA 4 level for PSA Registry purposes. Whatever stain is there is minor and I am having difficulty seeing much that would justify a qualifier. I was thinking about paying for a PSA review. Have any of you had much experience with reviews such as this and if so what were the results? Thanks.

On a 6 st I would crack and resubmit.

Scan the card front and back. If there is a stain on it, somebody here will spot it.
