MINSIZERQ question - 1970 Topps Alcindor - SCANS

I have a 1970 Topps Alcindor that looks perfect, other than being a little o/c. PSA sent it back as MINSIZERQ. It does meausre out just a tad below 4 11/16" t/b. I know the meaurements aren't going to change, but think it's worth submitting in again?

Absolutely! Card is worth several hundred dollars in high grade.

    How about posting a scan?

On second thought, it doesn't look perfect. But, the corners are great. See scans above.

I've handled a lot of '70 Basketball cards, to me it looks a tad short top to bottom.

With the tilt and slight off centering near the top, I wouldn't waste the grading fee's again and
the to/from shipping to PSA. If it grades, it's a PSA 7 which would be worth around $60-70.
You could sell it raw for nearly that amount without grading it.

    Again, just my opinion.

Thanks for your suggestions. I will likely sell it raw.
