Because eBay doesn't understand how embargoes work, Syrian coins can't currently be listed there by sellers in the USA (yes, I know there are ~100 up there now and they don't seem to care, but my listings have been pulled, and I digress...). These three coins were consigned, and I'd like to get them sold rather than return them to my consignor. Since PayPal follows the same rules as eBay, payment is by mail only--no PayPal.
