I have seen that thread a few times before. Guess I need to review it again! Looks like Flip Style #4, which (thankfully) was short-lived. It's one you don't see often. Thanks!

FWIW I have bought and sold with David several times on and off Ebay over the years. Im sure the card and flip are fine.
