Mo'Ne Davis LLWS- Pennsylvania

The Little League World Series is coming up. It's always a big deal around here, being that i live in PA less than 2 hours from Williamsport. It's also cool when a PA team makes it into the LLWS as well since it is the host state. This years team has a bit of a different twist to it. Pitcher Mo'Ne Davis threw a 3 hit shutout tonight to get HER team into the LLWS. Not too often do you see girls playing baseball at a young age like this at a high level. She is extremely good and throws hard. I think that it is really neat and good for the sport. There are plenty of girls out there that are great at softball that could hold their own and do well playing baseball, it's just not seen too often.
