Can anyone help me identify the signatures and possibly the year of this 1970's KC Chiefs signed bal

I picked up this signed football, it is from a 1970's Kansas City Chiefs team. The KC and Chiefs are stickers someone put on the ball years ago. Pretty sure I can get them off fairly clean. The ball will inflate, but will not hold air, not sure if I can fix that or not. If you can help identify some of the signatures and possibly pin down the year that would be very helpful. Any help is appreciated.

Football-Reference is handy for team balls. I see a few right away that are legible and recognizable, such as Jerry Wilson, Ed Budde, Willie Lanier. Beyond that, I would head to the site and start looking for names that match the signatures.
I collect Steve Garvey, Dodgers and signed cards. Collector since 1978.

1st ball. Upper left end is Curley Culp. Left of center in middle is Otis Taylor. Google "1970 K.C.Chiefs roster" for a complete team roster.

Although you have the very tough Otis Taylor on the left of the first panel, in my opinion The best signature on that ball is on the Left of the Second panel, Thats Jim Tyrer an 8x all pro and member of the Cheifs Hall of fame who died in a tragic murder suicide in 1980 his autograph is seldom seen on anything besides Gum cards.
    Nathan Wagner
  • Second panel, far right, upside down is Willie Ellison. Only on the Chiefs in 1973 and 1974. That should help a bit.

Thanks guys. I have narrowed it down to 73, or 74. Here is the list of identified signatures and years. Also I am pretty sure in the 3rd pick under the word Official is Hank Stram, it is a little forced and short, but I am guessing he was last to sign the ball. I will post a more straight on pic of that signature when I get home. If anyone can identify any others that would be great. GR, thanks for that info about Tyrer- I did not know that story or that he was a rare signature.

    Dean carlson 72-74
    Jerrel Wilson 63-77
    Ed Buddle 63-76
    Willie Lanier 67-77 HOF
    Ed Podolak 69-75
    John Stenerud 67-79 HOF
    Len Dawson 63-75 HOF
    Marvin Upshaw 70-75
    Emmitt Thomas 66-78 HOF
    Nate Allen 71-74
    Curley Culp 68-74 HOF
    Otis Taylor 65-75
    Dave Hill 63-74
    Jim Tyrer 63-73
