How about some POP 1's. Preferably high grade. Just curious to see what cards you have that are POP 1's (for now).

Looking to BUY n332 1889 SF Hess cards and high grade cards from 19th century especially. "Once you have wrestled everything else in life is easy" Dan Gable
Here's another fun, early one, pop 1, no 10s exist:
not sure if I did that right...trying to show my "flagship" registry set...Heisman Trophy Winners Rookies...I have a couple of vintage ('48 Bowman, etc) Pop 1's with none higher.

bobsbbcards SGC Registry Sets
This is one of the best buys I have ever made. I got this card in early 2010 and it has remained a Pop 1 ever since with only three PSA 9's. I own two of them. I paid $122 for it when I paid such a strong price for the first Ric Flair PSA 10 I purchased. I wasn't certain if that card would ever eclipse what I paid for it but fortunately it did three years later.
This is easily one of the most condition sensitive cards in the past 30+ years. The Rick Martel is the top card from the second set and generally have extreme corner issues and surface issues from the pack. It also has challenged centering. I paid $400 in a very heated auction. I put in a nuclear final bid of $500 which was insane at the time and another collector came in with a Snipe and the card launched on the close to finish where it did. A few days later I got an email from someone who owned a good number of tough cards and he was ready to throw in the towel and it was one of the best purchases I could have ever made. The Martel is so tough that there is currently only one 8 too and I have that in my collection also.

Sealed pack
Sealed pack 2
They came in a tight cellophane pack and were mail order only. If you click on the link in the signature page I have images of the various order forms on my site I am working on. You can just imagine the additional damage that could be done mailing them and through storage with limited protection.
It is such a crap shoot to open them because the cards can look great and when you get a few in they are damaged. I have never seen a cello pack that had a strong Martel or Andre and I have to think the better one's were opened early on and released them from the cellophane.
The first two sets have a mixed up sequence and the third set is 1-36. There are certain cards that are naturally more tough being placed closer to the front of the pack and the back.

Thanks for posting and also for the background on Glass(c)ock. Sounds like a no brainer for the HOF to me. Very interesting stats you shared!
