Card Saver or Ultra PRO?

I have been using both Card Saver IIs and Ultra PRO Semi-Rigid Card Holders to store my collection this year. There does not appear to be any difference in the quality of the two products. Have any of you noticed a difference?

  • I've felt that Card Savers store better in monster boxes and I've also felt that the Ultra Pro's are harder to get cards in and out of. Just my experience.

I purchase Ultra Pro's at the only card shop I am aware of that is in Orlando. They work just fine. Sometimes you get a batch where they stick together and you have to work a little to get the card in.

That being said they protect the card great and work for submitting to PSA so I am just fine with them.

I can't imagine there being a huge difference. They are probably both made in China and maybe at the same factory.

Down here in Saint Petersburg, they were my only choice at the local shop as well. I completely agree. They work the same and the only difference I can see is the name.
